Started out feeling kind of off, and heart rate was pretty high. Ended up turning around early instead of doing a loop, but on the way I felt a lot better so I ended up doing a shorter loop on the way back. By the end felt really good. Not totally sure why I felt off at the start, as I just skate skied on monday and that felt fine after a week of no skate skiing

During both wu and cd my left arch hurt, which was kind of weird

Felt pretty good, although I may have gone out a little hard. Only 5 sec off my pb which was a little supprising considering it was 5 sec off from my pb.
