Note

Foot didn't really bother me today, but spent awhile tonight massaging it and trying to figure out if its a bone or tendon problem. Still not sure, but its either the bone or a tendon or something near the bone

Nice long run, that wasn't too hard and went by pretty fast. Had the arch problem again today, and am a little worried it could somehow be a facture (although it would be really weird considering how it came out of nowhere on a warm up). Aaron said its more likely a tendon issue based off of its location.

Started out feeling kind of off, and heart rate was pretty high. Ended up turning around early instead of doing a loop, but on the way I felt a lot better so I ended up doing a shorter loop on the way back. By the end felt really good. Not totally sure why I felt off at the start, as I just skate skied on monday and that felt fine after a week of no skate skiing

During both wu and cd my left arch hurt, which was kind of weird

Felt pretty good, although I may have gone out a little hard. Only 5 sec off my pb which was a little supprising considering it was 5 sec off from my pb.

First (and maybe last) Aqua jogging practice of the year. It went good, but just doesn't feel like much of a workout.

Legs were a little tired after the pool workout this morning. Also was a little dehydrated I think from not drinking a lot after the am workout. Other than that felt good
