Classic Ski long 3:24:04 [1] 33.13 km (9.7 kph)
ahr:131

Almost did a pretty short ski because trail conditions were slow and soft, but we tried going the other direction and it turned out to be a really fun ski, even though skiing conditions were still really slow (like striding down gradual hills slow). Ended up striding most of it because it was so soft and slow, so we probable would've gone 50% faster in normal conditions. I also ate my only bar 40 min in, because I didn't think I'd ski much longer, leaving me with a goo pack for the rest

Skate Ski warm up/down 47:44 [1] 13.27 km (16.7 kph)
ahr:144

Skate Ski intervals 20:15 [4] 7.55 km (22.4 kph)
ahr:184 max:198

5 x 4 min L4
Debated between L4 and long L3, and decided for something quicker to get my body going again. I think this is my first time doing intervals since before Sections, and they went pretty well. Cold is just about gone, which is good.
hr started low, and stayed in 190s once I got the the part that was more work and climbing

Skate Ski (rest between intervals) 13:12 [1] 3.17 km (14.4 kph)

(sick)

Early morning ski.
Felt pretty good today, but I can tell the cold isn't completely gone. The ski did a pretty good job of clearing my head out. I almost went for a run this afternoon, but decided against it since I'm not completely healthy
