Bounding/Ski Walking warm up/down 34:30 [1] 2.52 mi (13:41 / mi)

Bounding/Ski Walking intervals 18:00 [4] 1.8 mi (10:00 / mi)

Fingers of death again, this time the course was a little different. Didn't go as hard at beginning, and was definitely easier b/c of that. Overall good workout in the snow and wet ground, although I was holding in a 2 for almost half of it.

Bounding/Ski Walking intervals 12:00 [3] 1.2 mi (10:00 / mi)

Bounding/Ski Walking intervals 6:00 [2] 0.6 mi (10:00 / mi)

Legs were a little sore from yesterday, but other than that I felt fine

Run warm up/down 15:00 [1] 1.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Strength 1:05:00 [1]

Skate Ski warm up/down 1:20:00 [1] 9.2 mi (6.9 mph)

Hr kept on getting close to 160 on warm up, but considering the weather was horrible I felt pretty good outside of that.

Skate Ski 16:00 [4] 1.8 mi (6.7 mph)

4 x 4min of mostly V1 intervals up Old Mill rd. 1st was good, but went a little harder on second and probably should've waited till later interval. On 3rd I was breathing pretty hard, and on the 4th I was wheezing pretty bad by end. In a way it was good because it confirms that it can happen from skiing, and it started this spring in track.
While skiing I could also tell that although I was able to keep up V1ing on left side, but I was much stronger on right
