Hr was almost never in L1 again on warm up, despite barely skiing. Felt way better during cooldown though.
Heart rate hit 190 pretty easily, but I was able to keep it controlled around that. It did feel like a nice L3 pace, but the heart rate disagreed. Deffinitely felt like I could pick it up another gear no problem, and also raised hr on last one when I picked up tempo with legs and relaxed upper body
