3 x 2min L3 and a bit of L4. Was a little short on time due to prepping skis.

Classic Ski race 45:48 [4] 15.0 km (19.7 kph)

First race I've felt kind of flat for since starting the season. Might have been course and lack of kick, or maybe body was just a little off. Also didn't feel like a very serious race for some reason. Still happy with result despite it being an eh race.
Wish I hadn't broken watch so that I could see if hr was low
