Had a bit of a sore throat last night (as in a cold coming on) but wasn't there in morning so I did an easy ski. Later in the day I noticed it a little, but didn't come back after that

Meh race. I just feel like Rhinelander course doesn't mesh well with the way I ski for some reason. Hr wasn't up there, and I just couldn't push myself very much. Lower back was also tight from double poling
