| OY at wild boar creek. ran red 2... had a alright run. all the controls i was spot on with but i would be above the cliff they were on or think i was in the wrong spot so i would go up or down the watercourse looking for it. wasted probably a minute or so at 7 and 5 and at the other 3 maybe about 45 secs to a minute on each. discovered after i finished that it was 1:15000...i wondered why it didnt look like 7km on the map.... legs felt tight and tired but fairly good... got a few twitches of pan occasionally but yeh.. | ||

| game against albany creek high...last game for the season :( we knew some people in the team so it wasnt as serious, quite a bit of mucking around. we started playing and 3 people from my team were on....ended up winning 9-4.. leg hurt when i was kinda running diagonally back.. | ||

| met north trials today!! yay!!! i was late so started about 1hr later but oh well.... didnt see anyone on my course out there but yeh...won by 35 mins... had a pretty good run..bit cautious around 2 or so controls cause they were on like little stumps on some massive spur but oh well... where ever i get that pain which i cant quite work out hurt running up hills, down hills and when i woudl start running again after punching.... ran through it though.. legs felt tired... | ||

| ran down to the new estate and back through up the hill with kurt riding next to me. pretty much got pressured into going for a run... knew i should but yeh. today when i stood up in volleyball in hpe i got the pain again that i had the yesterday and at touch. had it again when i ran so i stopped and then just ran at a really really slow jog cause it hurt. :( | ||

| made myself do something this afternoon cause mum was taking laurina to do a class but i didnt want to pay for it so i decided to be scabby and go do my old primary school x country course....seems a lot has changed and where it used to go now has buildings but i bypassed them and continued along on my merry way then i went down a little hill and stacked it and my knee started bleeding...the next hill we used to run up was all blocked off cause little kids were digging out the roots and yeh...i wanted to do another 2 laps to make it 3km since 1 lap is only 1km but yeh it was kinda getting dark so i ran down to the village at 3/4 pace to meet mum there....i started feeling the pain that i felt yesterday which made that sports med guy come over to me....ill give it a stretch and stuff see if its alright.... not a very hard session wasnt happy with it...tomorrow was suppose to be my rest day but i havent worked hard enough this wk to call it one but i dunno see how thhis pain goes and stuff...gotta reserve myself for met north orienteering trials :P just a pity ill be like the only senior girl :(....:D | ||

| got told today by a sports med guy that my back is all unaligned and my feet are weird and my right shoulder is about 2cms lower than my left shoulder and that my pain that i get near my calf and shin is because of it...apparently im up for lots of injuries when im older.... meh ill do lots of sport while im not injured :D | ||

really really bad oval, like rivets and stuff everywhere ud like role ur ankle and stuff on the edge and lose all momentum. felt alrite, legs felt real heavy for the first 5 but yeh. the first 5 i had my shoes on then the next 5 i took them off and ran bare feet. (shoes)1:43,(2:13),1:44,(2:10),1:44,(2:11),1:46,(2:12),1:47, (no shoes)(2:17)1:41,(2:21),1:41,(2:19),1:42,(2:20),1:42,(2:22),1:41 bracket is the rest. pretty decent session.. | ||
