| 3000m for sports day at school at lunch. really boring. i didnt physically exert myself at all. my calf muscle hurt again and i really had to go to the toilet. ended up winning. wow pb i think.... the last time i did this i did 12.54..... unless my watch is weird. it felt really slow though...hmmmmm baaaaahhh

| clibbys. did map memory. it was good fun. did it pretty well. chest hurt for the first few controls. stacked it and rolled my ankle. really hurt. |

| was going to go for a short light jog but decided that id have one more rest day just to make sure. im feeling a lot better. i thought it might have been developing something in the chest because of my coughs and that my chest hurt when i ran the other day but yeh it hasnt i dont think so thats gooood. i will train tomorrow. |
