Note
played golf today as practice for hpe and tried running after my ball. didnt work. legs have been sooo sore all day from the gym yesterday especially behind the knees. so i decided against running.

rpm at uq. hip didnt really hurt at all. legs are tight.

hip felt tight. first time ever doing weights except for as tests at school for hpe. my arms hurt :D good fun. liked attack the best...it was easier to not lose track on and i got tireder

warm up-5 mins
warm down/collecting controls-20 mins.
felt tight all over from this morning.

started well. then my legs got tired from this morning and i started feeling crappy. got a few twinges from my hip but it was better than yesterday. it hurts now tho. legs are really tight.

hip felt a bit sore but mainly on the down hill, up hill and on uneven ground. on the flats it was alright and was the best its felt since before it started hurting :)

since my hip didnt feel too bad decided to do fartlek with roo. felt crap. the first about 100m or so gave the hip a shock cause my stride was longer but other than a few twinges it was alright. got a bad stitch towards the end so cut it about 2 minutes short. couldnt get myself to work harder. soooft

hip hurt a bit when i was warming up until after i stretched then it didnt hurt for about 40seconds and it started hurting again.
running race (street o) 23:50 [4] * 5 km (4:46 / km) vdot: 40.5

hip hurt the whole course except for about 100m at the start. didnt want to stop so i just kept running eventually i got too scared in the parks towards the end which was wen it was really hurting cause of all the divets and i didnt take any notice of it cause i was looking out for weird ppl.
