| not very good at all. couldnt push it hard at all. wore laurinas orienteering shoes. not kool i think i changed my running style to compensate for the pain that they were giving in my feet so my legs were really sore and tired as and kinda weird feeling. |

| 9.48, 25.17, 9.34. got really scared :( ran onto a track and 2 scary looking dogs were starring at me... i was like kool as u do and then sum guy like popped out..... it scared me a bit. |
