Still slower back than I would like, but a little improvement each day. Pace was quick for a *very* easy effort, but knee did get sore by the last few minutes. Still tight down the whole right side, evening of stretching tonight ...

Still taking it slow on ramping back up, working through a little tightness in the right knee. It's better each time out, but caution wins the day. Also VERY sloppy trails this morning.

Walk > Run. Walked for about 11 minutes, then easy, easy. Soreness better, knees both a little tender and a good knot in the right glute.

Walked for 17min, then a very light jog the rest of the way. On one hand, pretty sore still, especially on the right side, knee & glute. On the other hand ... better than I expected. ;)
