Ran Blackpool as a training run. 1st 6 miles about 7-7.15 pace then increased to 6.40 for 7 miles then 6.20-30 for 2nd half. 1st half 1.30 2nd half 1.25
Good solid run. Had a gel every 3 miles, didn't feel low at all, plenty of energy at the end.
