Unfortunately I've been on my own this week at work and it was Heather's birthday on Thurs which meant I missed Wed, Thurs and Friday! At the start of the week I told myself I would each day, but there are just not enough hours in the day! Anyway the 4 hour run today was a must. It went well for the first 3 hours but I bonked and struggled to the end- all good training. I don't know why, but I didn't have breakfast so that didn't help. I had 5 gels from 2.30 hr onwards. Good training run, but it left me feeling depleted at the end. No problems with legs or glutes
