Ran on grass @ gym. Left leg has been a bit sore, ran easy. It felt much better as I got running. Kept pace at about 8.15 pace, no problems afterwards. Had a sauna afterwards and did some strength work.
Duncan worked on left leg, think I'm just a bit sore after the race, no damage
