Ran around Ladybower/Derwent while Heather went for a walk.
Had running vest, fully loaded. 1L of electrolyte, gel every 20mins (caffeine gel very 4th gel).
Ran pretty consistent, ran well within myself, ticked off the miles. Strong head wind at times, kept me cool. Hot day, apporox 25 degrees, but was pleasant with cooling breeze.
Legs felt fine, although at one ppoint for 20s rt knee hurt, seemed to correct itself, was fine at the end.
Ran in Hokas, feet pretty comfie, although corns need sorting.
Pleased with the effort, RPE felt about 4-5, on race day will go out slightly easier, RPE 3-4
