easy run from work down canal and home. Ran 5 strides around Worthington park. Body felt fresh after 2 days off. Positive about race tomorrow

Felt really good and decided to have a blast! Seemed ro run effortless and glute felt normal! hopefully turned a corner. Good session with PT as well

ran steady with 10x200m efforts (200m jog recovery). Ran the efforts hard, but not flat out. Felt little tired after earlier run. Pleased with form
