Easy run with Heather- foot was sore to start with but felt better towards the end

ventured out tonight and ran on grass around sports field- ran well, was aware of niggle in R foot, but ran pain free. Did drills in bare feet on lawn at home

shoes: Kayano 22 purple

ran to from gym, 15mins on trainer, strength less. Took yesterday off to give body a rest. Felt better today, but wanted to concentrate on strength

Session with Duncan in am- concentrated on R foot, L IT @ glute. He said I could have bruised the bone in foot and just run easy for a while- he added that the new adidas trainers were probably not a good idea!!
So ran easy 7 miles- foot slightly sore, but feels much better. Will run on grass tomorrow and do a strength session concentrating on feet and legs.

steady run with friend Dave, was sore from yesterday. Kept decent steady pace, ran well

Hike around Edale with Heather, climbed Jacobs ladder, lovely day, used poles, good practice
