Session with Duncan in am- concentrated on R foot, L IT @ glute. He said I could have bruised the bone in foot and just run easy for a while- he added that the new adidas trainers were probably not a good idea!!
So ran easy 7 miles- foot slightly sore, but feels much better. Will run on grass tomorrow and do a strength session concentrating on feet and legs.
