30 min elliptical, 5min treadmill. Foot getting better, 5min run was sore when the foot flexs, can put weight on it ok now, will keep XT, aim for 20min bike/20min elliptical/10min bike on Fri night
level 6/25- kept resistance low but @ 160 strokes/min. Foot is reacting well. Not limping now, able to put some weight on foot, and can't feel any sore focal point any more, Slowly slowly!!.
Ran at easy pace- felt ok for first couple of miles, but could feel niggle in R foot- As the run the progressed the pain got worse and foot was very sore at the end. So what should I do?? thought take next 3 days off from running and do XT at gym. L50 is my A race so want to throw the niggle off soon and not compromise the race so I think it might be best to miss the LT 55K. I will go running next on Thurs and make the decision then
