Forgot garmin. Ran at steady pace, let comfortable, but I pushed the pace. Foot was ok, felt recovered from hard circuits on Thurs, took Friday rest day as work took over again! Sleeping really well 10.15 to 6.30. No tiredness in my legs
wow that was a very tough session. After about 20mins HR was very high, felt a bit sick but kept with it. Lots of squats, jumps, burpees, press ups, 6 mins of abs
Ran well,kept pace steady, but started to slow down towards the end. Rt food felt ok, watch this space!! Did core class night before which involved a lot of stretching in the hip region. Definitely benefiting from the class
