Ran first 4 miles with Heather. Legs felt fine, feet ok during run, but the plantar has been pretty sore when I'm sat down. Did 2 tech exercises which went ok. Seeing Duncan on Tues so will concentrate on plantar and I will ask him to recap the exercises for strengthening feet and calves.

busy at work- really happy to fit in 5 miler before going out with friends. Felt relaxed, kept pace easy.

Ran with friend Dave. Had great solid run at steady pace, with couple of hills. I have been having problems with sore feet during the day, but did a strength session last night loading my feet and calves. Felt much better today, need to keep working on them. Pace felt comfortable, but hard. Really enjoyed the effort.

Race race (Northern Road Relay) 21:39 [4] 3.6 mi (6:01 / mi)

Leg 3 in team C. Intended to run steady, but controlled. Ran first mile at a good pace, but kept within myself and noticed 5.45 so thought OK slow it down slightly and run steady to the end. Mile 2 was 6.07, mile 3 6.02, last .6 @ 6.10 pace so pleased with the effort. Felt fine afterwards
