Watch was out of charge. Ran easy with 4 strides. Ran really relaxed, feet felt much better, need to keep the exercises and drills going. Had Thurs as rest day, but did drills and weights to help the PF.
Ran to field at gym, running drills followed by 4 strides. Feet sore to start with, but felt fine after running drills. Will try and do drills each day to try and help the PF. Ran over 7 miles easy pace in dark on trails with head torch. Enjoyed the session.
had stressful day at work so decided to go for a run instead of core class. Kept pace at 8min/mile, felt good, foot was ok, actually feels better when I'm running. Seeing Duncan in the morning for some torture
