ran on A100 course, hilly stretch with loads of tree roots. Kept pace slower than normal, but consistent. Lovely morning and enjoyed volunteering for the race- free place next year- bring it on!!

Windy cool night- ran hard and steady, decent pace. Felt strong to the end, feet actually felt great, but best be quiet!! Core class last night so felt very relaxed.

Felt fine after yesterday, feet still sore, but getting better. Did 5 strides on grass field and concentrated on technique and being relaxed

ran ro Dunham park, about 50% trails. Ran well, felt bit tired from steady run yesterday (and decorating all day!), good to be back doing long runs again
