Could not run last night due to work, so will run Friday night this week.
Ran easy for .5 mile then 7 miles at 6.50-7min pace. Felt very fresh this morning, no problems, ran well

Legs were heavy from last night so dod easy run @ 8min/mile pace and 6 strides towards the end. Felt much better afterwards, very even pace

Ran on treadmill @1% as weather was dismal! was a bit sore from long run yesterday, but the steady run sorted me out. Did some rehab weights for plantar afterwards.
