Cold (2degrees), dry, sunny- perfect morning for running! slight breeze, but I ran the 2 mile intervals on a loop. Used my gamin for first 3 reps, but ran on feel for last 3. Splits: 12:30, 12:25, 12:26, 12:14, 12:26, 12:10. Felt bit knackered during last 2 reps, left glute tightening up a bit- was surprised with last split.
I felt comfortable for most of the run, ran in Kayano, had no breakfast and didn't feel empty at the end so very pleased. During my cool down my left glute felt much better. Very pleased with the session
