Ran with Dave for easy run. Thought I was getting better, but coughed all the way round. Felt better towards the end. I am definitely feeling better, but need to give it time

Weather rubbish again so ran on treadmill. First 10 K @ 4.20/K then next 12K @ 3.53/K, 15 easy at the end.

Found pace ok, had to work towards the end of the 12k. L leg tight again, but got better with faster pace

Legs felt good today. Cold windy day, at least it wasn't raining! Ran a bit faster than easy, but still relaxed. L hammy slightly tight, but ran well

felt tired today- got sore throat, think I'm coming down with something. Took it easy. Legs felt fine, just tired- early night tonight!

Felt fine today, just took it easy on trails around River Mersey. No pain in glute, but did feel tight to start with
