SE training 2:35:47 [3] 12.75 mi (12:13 / mi) +918m 9:59 / mi
shoes: Adidas Agravic speed

Wet day in the Lakes, ran with poles. The Agravic were fantastic, gripped really well, felt very confident. Ran from Ambleside to Kenmore and back- decided to cover the stretch from Ambleside to Troutbeck as I had not run it since last year- route very simple. With 2 weeks to go I'm 100% confident with route, no need for map or GPS so hopefully can concentrate on running.

Legs feel great, no niggles. Couldn't run again on Thurs and Friday due to work and family commitments. Think the rest has done me good and let my body heal

shoes: Adidas Agravic speed

Beautiful day, probably too warm! Ran Ambleside to Coniston of L50 route, then back to Ambleside along Cumbrian way. Didn't have to look at route at all, know route really well. Pleased with pace, felt strong. L side was better today, still sore towards the end. Fuelled on gels very 20mins.

Had session with Duncan yesterday, he worked on my L hip and glute etc. Hurt lots, but I'm sure it did me good!

Love the Agravics, feel much more confident now- they grip really well. Downhill running is improving, but a long way to go
