shoes: Kayano 22 purple

Race from Otley towards Leeds and back again. Rained for first 4 hours, then cleared up. Felt twice on muddy sections. Pleased with effort, kept decent pace, good practice for nutrition

Had a parents meeting at school tonight, but squeezed in a run after. Hammy feels fine, been doing the strengthening routine

Ran on treadmill- did leg strength exercises first. Hammy felt fine- pace felt fast, but was comfortable

Session with Duncan this am- worked on glutes and hammy- gave me a 8 min strength routine which I will do 3-4 x week before runs. Tonights run was great- just ran free, not looking at watch, kept pace relaxed and easy. Looking forward to tempo tomorrow
