Couldn't run on Thurs as was busy with work, wanted to run Fri but it was raining really hard so 2 rest days! Was in Macclesfield today so fitted progression run in- not ideal as it was hilly, but ran on feel, started easy and picked it up throughout. Some good climbs and down hill running so not a bad session. Legs feel fine, no problems

Windy mild morning. First few miles the wind was behind me, but from about mile 4 I was running into the wind. Ran hard and was tired towards the end. Did 6 diagonals, pitch was a bit muddy and greasy, but ran some good efforts. Both glutes were sore from core class on Monday as we concentrated on that area- all good training!

Ran similar route to last night. Again felt great, did some strides towards the end

Didn't feel sore from Lyme park hill run yesterday. Felt good so ran a bit faster than easy. Did about 8 strides towards the end

Ran with John- ran strong and steady from the start around Lyme park. It was a beautiful cold sunny morning. We ran up the hills at a decent pace, really good session. Legs felt great again. Should hopefully get some good training in now over the next month
