Kept pace at about 6.40- legs felt ok for first 7 miles, started to feel my L knee rubbing slightly. Guess it's due to tight IT- will do more foam rolling. Enjoyed the session

7 x 1mile with 4min easy. Cool dry morning, ideal conditions. Ran each effort fairly hard, but controlled. Kept pace comfortably and did not tired in the latter reps. Hamstrings and glutes started to tighten up towards the end, but felt ok after cool down.
