Thursday Feb 1 #

7 PM

Steady Run 1:07:41 [3] 10.15 mi (6:40 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Boston

Cold dry night. Ran hard from the go, kept pace very even the whole way. Had to work harder up the hills but was able to relax downhill. Tightness around shoulders/neck, tried to shake it off. Legs, gluttes were fine

Wednesday Jan 31 #

10 AM

Hill intervals 1:10:57 [4] 10.16 mi (6:59 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Boston

Cold dry morning, again stuff headwind up Delahays. Felt up for session, was about 15s faster per rep (30s on last rep). Ran home for last 2.5miles @ steady pace because I was relaxed and it almost felt 'easy'

Tuesday Jan 30 #

7 PM

Easy run 1:11:08 [2] 9.36 mi (7:36 / mi)
shoes: Kayano 23 silver

Slightly sore throat, beginnings of a cold! everyone has a cold at work so I don't have much chance.

Duncan worked on my L glute, lower back, hamstring and IT. Said to keep on with the strengthening work. It felt much better tonight.

Because of slight cold decided to run easy and skip the hill sprints. Felt much better at the end, almost normal!!

Monday Jan 29 #

5 PM

Easy run 1:00:07 [2] 7.65 mi (7:52 / mi)
