shoes: Adidas Boston
cold, dry, sunny morning. Legs felt a bit tired to start with, but felt good after 4 easy miles. Reps ranged from 3.48-3.59 per KM. I found the follow on KM was tougher because you wanted to rest more, but couldn't! Rest ranged from 4.05-4.23 per KM. Had 4 miles easy run home, but was about 7.20 pace. Felt good throughout the whole session, no wobbles at all, LT glute was ok, just a slight tightness towards the end.
Had normal breakfast, no gels.
