Wow! no pain at all, not even at twitch! honest the lower leg felt perfect- Duncan can perform miracles!! Just ran easy, ran in Hokas again, to have a bit more cushioning.
Warm up before PT- lower leg felt much better after session with Duncan yesterday morning. He got his 'tool' out!! scrapped around the tendon and ankle- it hurt loads, made me roar with pain, but it was worth it. He also worked on my glute. The 30min run went well, only a slight discomfort, it felt much better.
Not ran since last Thursday. Leg has been very sore, but feels much better after 3 days of rest. Just wanted to have a short run to try the leg out before Duncan in the morning. It felt ok, some discomfort, but much better than last week.
