Ran around Lyme Park. Had breakfast, ran with 1 bottle of water. Enjoyed the ascents and relaxed on the decent. Ran well. Only niggle is sore RT big toe!

Ran around Mersey, finished work easy so ran before tea. Kept pace about 7.30, did 4 hill sprints. Weather is heating up, was about 20 degrees, almost too hot for running!! Feel fresh ready for back-to-back weekend

Felt really good tonight so ran more of a temp pace 6.30 to 6.40. Felt very comfortable. Ran 9 miles steady in 60mins, then ran easy with 6 strides on grass. Legs were fine

Couldn't run yesterday due to work! I cleared my diary for today so I could run in the hills this morning, BUT the weather was foul. Eventually did 60mins run at about 7.30 pace and did 4 hill sprints. Bank holiday this weekend so will get out 2 days in the hills. Had PT today, good weights and leg strength session.

Ran around Mersey with 6 strides towards the end. Felt fine after yesterday. Just took it easy

ran first 9 miles of Calderdale Way with Paul, ran 4 miles back to Todmorden along road. Took it easy, had to spend quite a bit of time navigating, getting to know the route. Will aim to repeat the route on Wednesday by myself.
Legs feel fine, pretty fresh, no problems
