shoes: S-Lab ultra 2nd pair

Ran around Chiltern Wonderland course, love dry morning. It was rolling hills, quite demanding. Enjoyed the circuit, felt fine

shoes: Kayano 25

Ran for another 30mins later in the day from the finish

Really tough session. Felt a bit off beforehand after returning from work. Had some tea before which didn't help!. Ran 1st rep in 3.30 and needed more recovery. Planned recovery was 60s, but it was shortened as the leaders were faster than me, so recovery was more like 38-40s!! not enough. Ran 6 reps: 3.31, 3.39, 3.44, 3.44, 3.43, 3.48. Ran 3 miles after home.

Legs were fine, just let a bit off from working all day!

Ran mostly on grass. No knee pain, so running on the grass helped! Just ran fairly hard, but kept pace consistent to the end of mile 12 (80mins) cool down afterwards

Ran well, did 8 speed variations after 4 miles easy. Knee was still a bit sore, but settled down. Will run moderate run on grass tomorrow

Ran easy around Mersey, ran 7 strides on grass field. Felt recovered from weekend, slightly sore L knee, was just aware of it- more foam rolling!!

Ran around Delamere forest and along Sandstone Trail which I thought was ideal- trails with undulating hills. I worked pretty hard at times climbing the hills at a decent pace. Didn't have any fatigue from yesterday, legs felt strong, nor problems
