Hilly race, worked hard, probably went off too quick, ran the downhills well. Was 1min quicker then 6 years ago! Ideal training ground for Comrades- long up and downhills.

Stayed local because of high winds- ran along canal and around Dunham. Felt ok after track session, just ran easy

Pyramid session- really enjoyed it ,met up with old friends and went for it! felt ok, pretty windy, good session

Ran easy, stayed relaxed. felt fine from the weekend, ran 8 strides with good form on grass at the end

Was tired from Saturday with the run and travelling. Anyway I went out with the intention of getting the job done! Didn't go out at my normal effort for a steady run, but averaged 7 min pace. Stayed relaxed and ticked off the miles. Was pleased with the effort, no problems
