Platt field park run. Felt good, ran well- consistent splits

Wanted to add a few miles as only ran park run in the morning, ran really easy, didn't look at watch, but still ran 7.40 pace. No problems from the morning

Ran easy for first 3-4 miles then ran 6x30s (approx) efforts, then steady to the end. Rt side felt much better, feel recovered from Tues track session

Ran local along cancel and around Dunham. Was sore after track session last night (Rt glute/hip flexor). As run progressed felt better

5 sets of 90s with 75s rec and 3min between sets. It was a tough session, but really enjoyed it. Kept pace very consistent, was about 5 min/mile pace for most of the reps. Rt hip flexor was a bit sore at the end. Had easy run home, felt ok
