Wanted to add a few miles as only ran park run in the morning, ran really easy, didn't look at watch, but still ran 7.40 pace. No problems from the morning

5 sets of 90s with 75s rec and 3min between sets. It was a tough session, but really enjoyed it. Kept pace very consistent, was about 5 min/mile pace for most of the reps. Rt hip flexor was a bit sore at the end. Had easy run home, felt ok
