Good day doe running, sunny, 10 degrees, but brisk headwind. Ran strong, but felt in control and relaxed. Consistent pace: 6.11, 6.04, 6.12, 6.06, 6.12. Ran about a 2 mile loop, slight gradient and head wind hence odd miles were slightly quicker.
Kept pace steady afterwards which fell more like easy pace. No niggles

8 delahays hill reps- turned up at wrong time so started on 3 rd rep, but still did 8 in total. Each rep ranged from 72-78s- fairly consistent. Had decent recovery (over 3 mins) Pleased with efforts

Ran on trails along canal and Dunham Park. Kept decent pace which felt easy, feeling fine with higher mileage. Enjoying getting out each day, feeling good on it

Had a spare hour waiting for George so decided to run easy on trails around Sale water park.

Ran on tarmac around Hale, used hill in Bowdon for hill sprints. Concentrated on form and being 'explosive' Legs feel fine

Easy run around Sale water park- took it easy, ran 8 strides near the end on grass training ground. I felt fine today, although after the run my R glute felt sore

Ran with Dave for first 9.5 miles then increased pace to below 7min/mile for rest of the run. Felt relaxed, chatted for first 9.5miles. When I increased the pace it felt comfortable, no niggles
