Easy run (with 6 Hill sprints) 1:34:11 [2] 11.55 mi (8:09 / mi)
shoes: Kayano 25

Ran with Dave. Hammy/glute felt better, although slightly bruised from Duncan! Ran well, did 6 solid hill sprints. Will do the S&C circuit later

Easy run along canal circuit- slight tightness on L side, but ran well. Had session with Duncan, worked on Hammy and glute. Gave workout of 8 exercises to strength glutes and hammys.

shoes: Kayano 25

Did Duncan's circuit followed by easy run on grass in the gym. Good session, like the new S&C circuit, ran well, could feel tightness, but felt better as the run progressed

Left side was still a bit tight so ran with caution. After WU felt ok so started session of 3x2mile @ 6min/mile pace with 4 min easy. Ran reps a bit slower so not to push it too much. 6.09/6.18/6.20. Ran 15 min easy at the end. Pleased with session, hammy/glute felt a bit tight. Will address this problem with Duncan

Freezing, but beautiful, sunny morning. Legs felt better today, but L hamstring felt tight throughout the run. I am seeing Duncan Fri am so will ask him to work on glute and hammy. It felt ok running the diagonals, just felt tight.

Ran first 5.2 miles with Heather- just took our time, stopped to walk at times. Ran over 6 miles home after at about 8 min pace. Legs felt better today. Glute was still tight, but ran ok. It seems to feel better if I keep a faster pace and feels better with time.

Left glute was very sore this morning. By the end of the run it felt much better. Ran 50:50 on tarmac/trails around Dunham. Ran 6 strides towards the end

Ran long, more like 13.3. (1.17.24) Ran well, consistent running, felt strong at the end- only down side L glute stiffened up towards the end.
