Ran well today, again was aware of tigft L side, but was miuch better after a couple of miles. Pace felt easy, was very windy and wet, but enjoyed it

Ran 3 miles easy before I saw Duncan for physio. Hammy felt sore at the beginning, but was fine after the warm up.

After physio ran 1 mile easy then 6.5 miles MP pace, then 20mins easy.
Was pleased with effort, pace felt comfortable- it was a cold and windy morning. Hammy and glute felt ok, but I was aware of some tighness.

Duncan worked on the hip flexor, hammy and glute- wasnt concerned, just keep doing the strength work

Ran on treadmill, didn't fancy getting wet again. Glute was still sore from work, but again running made it better. Ran 8 x30s @ 16KPH with 30s@ 12KPH

15min sauna afterwards

L glute is pretty sore today, think because I've been sitting down too much, it's stiffened up. Felt better towards the end. Very wet evening, was glad to get it done!

Felt rested for a run today. Had been sat down all day so enjoyed getting out. Ran well, legs felt good, 6 strides towards the end

CDR effort

Wet, cold morning. Ran really well, felt strong to the end. Effort was consistent, didn't slow at all. Trying to relax on the downhill with increase in pace.

Hammy/glute tightened slightly, but didn't affect my stride. Definitely feel stronger.
