Tired tonight, didn't want to go out, but was really glad that I did! Felt much better, muscles felt tight, but after 5mins I loosened up. Kept pace easy, no soreness in legs

Ran after tea, not ideal! but ran well, starting to get some consistency and speed again. Pace felt fine for most of the time, started to loose concentration and tighten up a bit near the end. L leg felt much better, feeling strong again.

Arrived early to see Duncan so had an easy run. All felt good. Duncan worked on the usual(glutes, calves and hammys) He's pleased that I'm getting stronger and the injury is resolving

Ran to/from PT. Ran at a steady pace, running well. Again with PT we did a lot of work on the legs, squats with 25Kg bar.

I needed to get home after Duncan so couldn't fit in the 80min moderate run, I plan to do it tomorrow night instead

Ran during lunch along Canal on tarmac path. I felt great today, L leg felt fine, hopefully it will say that way! Ran more of a steady pace which felt pretty easy

Wet, windy morning. Ran well, steady pace up the hills. Legs felt good, off road definitely suits me better.

30mins SC in the evening. 25mins sauna
