First 3.5miles with Heather then easy run home. Hammy felt much better, ran ok, could feel L glute slightly, but ran much better

Ran on Grass. I could feel some tightness in the hammy, but it was mostly ok. Bloody toe was still a bit delicate, should be better by tomorrow. Did some SC afterwards, L hammy felt weaker than normal
