Ran from home along canal and around Dunham. Kept pace easy, 1st half I felt ok, but in 2nd half L side tightened up a bit, and ran into strong wind. Managed to fit the run in before I left for Ireland

Ran circuit of CWP and SWP. Ran ok for first half, but L side was a bit sore in the latter miles. I also got a bit cold.

Ran mostly on grass around gym field. James has done the trick! The hammy feels much better, aware of some discomfort at the beginning, but had eased and resolved after 10-15mins of running.

Ran around trails near Handforth. Hammy was ok. Will run for an hour tomorrow on grass around gym

Ran around Sale water/Chorlton water park and parts of MCR marathon. Hammy loosened up, for some reason L glute felt a bit bruised, had good stretch afterwards.Pleased with progress
