Ran around Mersey. Pace felt very comfortable, legs felt great, glute was a bit tight towards the end.

2 sets of drills, easy run around Mersey. Legs felt fine, all good

Raining heavy so ran on treadmill.
1% gradient, started at 13.8kph and increased by 0.1kph per mile until 14.3 then reduced slightly to keep HR at about 158. Last 10 mins ran easy at 12.5kph.
Ran well, no niggles, was more of a mental challenge with running on the treadmill. HR of 158 felt fairly comfortable.

Ran first 2 miles with Heather, so good warm up. Unsurprisingly felt a bit stiff today so felt much better at the end. SC session in the afternoon
