30min XT, 5min bike,8min row (2K on each) Obviously hammy was sore, but was fine doing X-training. Not rowed in ages, quite enjoyed it, is good at getting your HR up.

I am doing the leg stretches with door frame, was bloody sore at the beginning but helps loads.

Ran early, sub 7min/mile pace for 6 miles, but pulled my L hamstring and limped home for 2 miles! My cald was sore from about mile 3-6, it feels fine now, just have a sore hamstring!
2 sets of drills, 1 hour easy, 6 strides. Again kept HR below 70%, starting to get a feel for the pace now: pace is about 8.10/mile when I run at about 68% maxHR on flat ground. Still have a bit of soreness in quads.

Slept poorly last night, took ages to get to sleep. Ran with Hokas and kept HR below 70%Max. Effort felt very easy, pleased with the run. No problems, slight soreness in quads.
