Ran out of time today, but still managed 10 miles. Enjoyed running steady, felt ok

Ran in the morning, went into work later. Again ran well, ran with good form, although L glute was a bit tight.

ran on grass, drills and ran fast efforts on sides of field. Again felt fine today, slight tightness in glute, but pleased with the session.

Felt great today, ran with a spring in my step! Felt strong, niggle had gone in my groin (thanks to Duncan!), just seem to click today. Ran same route as Monday, but in reverse

Ran mainly on grass. It was humid and heavy tonight, seemed a bit tired. Enjoyed the diagonals

ran around SWP, mainly on grass and trails. Feeling ok, just have a niggle in my L groin. Think I overdid it on Duncan's exercises the other day. Hammy feels fine. Did SC for 30mins, kept it fairly light, didn't want to irritate the niggle.

Ran relaxed, concentrated on running form and efficiency. Felt a bit heavy around the hips, hamstring was fine. Felt I ran well within myself keeping a consistent effort
