Ran with Steve who's running L50. Ran Leg 4 to Coniston then back via Tarn Hows. Really enjoyed running in the hills for a change, did feel a bit unfit at times, but was good training. Running off-road worked me hard, didn't feel the distance and time. Could tell my glutes were working hard, but felt strong.
