Ran a big loop around the Mersey- wanted 11.5miles plus to reach 80miles the week. All felt good,looking forward to the long run tomorrow

Very wet day, but was fine for me! ran easy for 4 miles, 8 diagonals on grass then ran 3 miles home. Felt fine, DOMS gone now, big toe joint still a bit sore

Ran 50:50 tarmac and grass/trails. Feet have been a bit sore, but ran well, hammy/glute was fine.

Ran well up Delahays- probably 2-3s slower than a year ago, but felt stronger at the end.

Ran on grass, 2 sets of drills, 3 miles easy, 8 diagonals, 3 miles easy. Again quads were sore tonight, but felt much better after the session. Enjoyed running the fast efforts, really enjoying the training.

Ran with Dave. Had some muscle soreness in the legs, esp quads from run yesterday. Ran well, pace felt fine. Pleased I went out and turned the legs over

Ran with Steve who's running L50. Ran Leg 4 to Coniston then back via Tarn Hows. Really enjoyed running in the hills for a change, did feel a bit unfit at times, but was good training. Running off-road worked me hard, didn't feel the distance and time. Could tell my glutes were working hard, but felt strong.
