shoes: Kayano 25 white 2nd pair

Ran 5 miles at a easy pace then 6 x 1min up Delahays- efforts were pretty consistent. Had to work hard, but felt strong for the whole effort. Ran 3 miles easy home.

No niggles, hammy, glutes, back all felt fine- pleased with session

Ran at the gym on grass. I feel much fitter than a few weeks ago, enjoyed running the diagonals

Felt really fresh this evening so decided to pick the pace up a bid, ran a comfortable steady pace. Legs felt strong, no niggles

Ran around golf course 7 times! was mostly sand/dirt trails. Ran easy most of the time, but had to work harder at some points, route was up and down, ideal terrain. Legs didn't feel tired from the day before, back was fine
