Easy run2:17:49  16.74 mi (8:14 / mi) shoes: Hoka Carbon X
Ran to Lymn along the canal and back along the transpennine way. Ran as a CDR effort having water after about 8 miles. It was pretty warm, wore my new armsleeves which were great: kept me cool and no chance of sun burn/prickly heat.
Legs/glutes felt fine, I have a large corn at the moment which was uncomfortable.
Easy session with 2 sets of drills and strides. Ran really easy, legs felt fine. Had session with different physio yesterday as Duncan was off, worked on legs, loosened off glutes and hip flexors. Physio said I was in good condition.
Easy run1:23:37  10.23 mi (8:10 / mi) shoes: Hoka Carbon X
Ran easy along canal and on the road. Ran in the Hoka X as my feet have been sore. Kept pace easy, ran well, feet and legs felt great, back to normal. Think I will but another pair of Hoka X ready for the Spartathlon and use the old ones for most of my runs
