Felt good today, ran hard in the reps. Not sure where the 55 & 56s reps came from- equates to 5.45min/mile pace. Probably pushed it a bit too hard, glute was sore afterwards.

Incline set at 3% started at 7.7mph increased to 8mph after 25mins, reduced gradually after 48 mins to 7.5 to keep HR at about 164. I was fairly comfortable throughout, slightly hard in last 15 mins.

Again 3% incline and speed was same as above. I wore a HR monitor today and HR started at about 120 and finished at 162. It still felt comfortable, felt warm, but was ok

Treadmill set @ 3%, started at 7.5MPH and increased in by 0.1MPH every 10 mins. Core temp after 30mins was 37.5 degreesC, temp at the end was 37.9. It was a good start, getting used to the heat. I felt very comfortable.

70.9, 64.7, 62.9, 61.3, 60.7, 58.5. Pleased with the progression, worked pretty hard towards the end.

Duncan worked hard on my glute, lower back, hip flexors- felt much better at the end. He tested my leg strength which was all fine, thought the muscles were just tight.

Felt sluggish to start with, ran diagonals after 3 miles. Legs felt much better and more lively afterwards.

Travelled back from Scotland, went for SE run before late tea. Ran at about 8.30 pace from the start, felt very comfortable. L Glute and leg felt much better, shoulders were a bit tight.
